Airpace CLE has a great bar layout with an impressive view and a strong beer/wine selection. If you're flying DL, you can see all you need to know about your plane right there. Attention to detail has gone down over the years IMHO, but it's still very good. However, nothing wrong with Symon's except it can be pretty dreary in comparison with no view, luggage seemingly always in my way, etc.. Good enough F&B though, with much better pure food than any lounge given it's a restaurant.
