Unhappy My Cabin and Cockpit Crews were So Rowdy, I Thought I was on Southwest

On my flight home today, I was in F. At one point during boarding, some non-uniformed guy flashed an ID and went into the cockpit. The pilot came out and the party started. I guess the pilot was the fun and loud type. One of the FAs in F was also that type. So, things got really loud and noisy... Then the FA in Y came up and said "what am I missing" and joined the fun...

The flight was pretty empty in Y so boarding finished early. A lot of this happened between the end of boarding and departure time. I was not only disturbed by the loud noise, I was also thinking it can give the customers the impression that the pilot is out in the galley partying instead of preparing for the flight.

Does UA have any rules saying the crew should refrain from having too munch fun on the planes in front of the passengers? Or, they are actually encouraged to be more like Southwest?

Poor purser did all the work while rest of his crew had fun...oh, then door closed, safety video played and got ATC delayed for over an hour (in 15 minute increments), so more nonrevs came up and more fun...yes, while the purser tried to not be the party pooper and took care of the passengers...
