I don't know if it is that easy, I think the complexity is why it took so long to see the first D1S, PS, C+, Y aircraft.

Removing one row of Y seats is easy to make the extra leg room, but you are also fussing with IFE data wiring, power, gaspers, and overhead reading lights. Not as straightforward as you would think.
