Remember, C+ is the identical main cabin seat, just with a couple of extra inches of legroom and a slightly different headrest cover. Takes just a short time for mechanics to "install" C+ in any existing aircraft. They could convert the entire PS widebody fleet in a matter of days, easy. Now that one plane is going to come back from mods with C+, I'll bet we see a quick fleet-wide update of all the PS aircraft very soon.
I don't know if it is that easy, I think the complexity is why it took so long to see the first D1S, PS, C+, Y aircraft.
Removing one row of Y seats is easy to make the extra leg room, but you are also fussing with IFE data wiring, power, gaspers, and overhead reading lights. Not as straightforward as you would think.
