This is where I think AmEx excels, in promoting new types of card use (like shop small). I know Hulu has done a few offers in the past and currently (both multi-month and single), but at 99 cents per month, I wasn't going to trigger that one. This one does not include Hulu.

This is on my Blue Cash card. Note the clear fine print about not getting this offer added to every card in your portfolio.
