I had to cancel an existing 241 booking and the same agent also rebooked me. The agent seemed to do the new booking quite manually and it was an open jaw. Something isn't quite right with the booking, but its in my favour. Payment has been taken and I have e-ticket numbers. Is this enough to mean my booking is safe?
