Since it's been such a long time since anybody has actually spoken about Ansett, I thought I'd post this on for those pining for something Ansett-ish:
NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS OF ANSETT GOLDEN WING AND GLOBAL REWARDS
As you are aware, following the appointment of administrators to Ansett Australia Ltd on 12 September 2001 Golden Wing lounges have been closed and the services of the Golden Wing Club have been suspended.
With the partial resumption of Ansett flights on major routes, we are currently seeking to determine if it is possible to recommence the Golden Wing Club and the provision of services to Global Rewards members.
If the suspension of the Golden Wing Club and Global Rewards services is lifted members will be notified and Golden Wing memberships and Global Reward tier status will be extended by the period of the suspension.
