Would suggest giving Priceline a go, if you don't need to select Flex on Expedia.

Was able to use ITA + Powertools to force an S GoLight fare, when U was being offered on the Aegean site. Priceline's fare class is a bit tougher to verify, but you can view the fare basis and fare rules on the payment page for final verification.
