383 arrives around 11pm, how is that overnight? overnight would be a flight that departs before midnight and arrives after 4 or 5am by my definition. I don't know what EK's exact definition is, but 383 is objectively not overnight.
Not sure what you mean by T1, presumably you mean Concourse D, which is barely the size of EK's Concourse A lounges, so 5-7 minutes means you're a slow walker.
Just to clarify, I used the service from KWI - SIN via DXB (I didn't book through EK since I wanted to try Singapore Air.) On the way back I booked EK 383 (and didn't use the AlMajlis service for my return trip.)

As a "VIP" they could've at least used electric buggy to escort me to the gate.......
