No need for waiting, and I'm sure they will be happy to put all your bags in the trunk for you. Should you wish to have a sedan chair as suggested above, I'm sure they would be the ones who could arrange that too for the right price.

You can arrange your booking on the website below and add all the necessary details and requirements you need so they can arrange it accordingly. I can't imagine that they wouldn't be able to accommodate all your needs (though I might have to bite my tongue on that one)

I just came back from my vacation and was unhappy that I was not given an amenity kit in business class on EK 383, but my experience (service) was surprisingly wonderful on this flight.

Anyways, I have used the AlMajlis service for my 7 hours transit (KWI - DXB - SIN) and was extremely disappointed. First of all, my chauffeur driver seemed uninterested in serving me, and was always in a hurry to finish his duty (give me your passport/ticket now before we reach the terminal for your next flight, he was displeased that he had to take my luggage and check me in for my Singapore flight, when I said hello to the other lounge staff members he was angry.) I arrived at the lounge and the staff were angry that my transit was for 7 hours (they said it was too long.) The food provided there was basic and limited. There were no beds for me to sleep on.

Upon my departure, I was escorted all the way (by walking) from the lounge to my departure gate rather than being chauffeured to my gate, I was escorted to economy class boarding rather than business, and when I received my passport it was extremely oily from the hands of my agent. For the price I paid I would never use nor recommend anyoing to use the AlMajlous service again.

EK's lounges are far superior and better than AlMajlis lounge.
