A330 is a better seat and more up to date video monitor. The 767 is a low resolution, very old screen.
A330 has more space and is more comfortable in my opinion. I find the 767 to be tight.

MSP and ATL are both easy connection airports. Both have numerous dining and shopping options. ATL has more SkyClubs, including the F SkyClub with the SkyDeck.
