I used a combination of UR points and cash, booking through the CSP travel portal, for a one-way flight on AS.
I notice that I cannot change that flight on AS' website, but have to call. (I did call simply to ask whether AS was able to take over the reservation in the event I needed to make a change; answer was "yes").
What if I want to cancel the flight? If this were a flight booked directly via AS website, the cost of the ticket would simply be refunded to "My Wallet." (I am Alaska MVP Gold, so no change/cancel fees).
What happens, though, with tickets like I booked via Chase using dollars and points? Can these be canceled because of my MVPG status and my funds/points returned? Or am I SOL?
