You had a typo in there. That was not to open in Spring '18 but construction was to begin by that date. The start of
construction was postponed to Fall '18. Opening date is unknown to me. I updated the Wiki accordingly.

Similar issue with HIX Fürth. You might have mixed up construction start and opening date there as well. I fixed Fuerth, but please double-check your other entries.

This wiki is only useful if it's up-to-date. People need to chime in and help. Particularly, entries of hotels which have been open for a while (open since August 2018 or earlier) need to be removed.
