From the early days of the BoB thread, I thought it was impossible to operate a BoB trolley single-handed. Isn't some of the stuff only available from one side or the other? Or can it all be accessed from either side of the trolley?
That’s correct, some items will only be accessible by pulling out the drawer in front of it. Also, one of the crew members on the second trolley can run between and access the other side if needed.
