I will have to cancel 2 flight tickets from Rio de Janeiro due to the airline strike which I purchased in full with the CSR in one bill. One ticket is for me, and the other is for my SO who is not my spouse.
Is it correct that they will only reimburse me for my ticket in the bill since the other passenger is not a spouse/family member?
