I'd say "underwhelming experience" is the norm, although sometimes you come across an outstanding crew that will make the difference. Is the product worse than AA F - I'm not sure, I don't really see much difference between AA J and F and still prefer BA F to AA F. Is it worse than EK F on the A380? Yes, they're playing in a different league.
