I live in Canada and contacted BA about this. They replied " I understand that you're keen to obtain details for the Experian credit monitoring service. Please accept my sincere apologies, as we're unable to provide this service to our customers who reside in Canada. However, I do encourage you to purchase a similar product and send us the receipt using the details above. Once received, we can look to reimburse you accordingly".
