I expect you will be assigned a seat in the SQ business cabin, providing there are enough seats to accommodate those booked into ScootBiz - that would depend on which version of SQ's 777-200 is used and numbers of ScootBiz pax.
If you cannot be accommodated in the biz cabin, then you should offered either a full refund, a free date change, or perhaps an emergency exit economy seat.
