It's not an issue for you. What I was replying to was a post saying the verbiage had changed, but the sighted wording was in a paragraph talking about these offers only being available in the US. The highlighted text you quoted has always been there and just means if you already have the card,
that card (the one you already have) can't get the bonus from this mailer applied to it. If you apply for a new card, that new card
IS eligible for the bonus
