What hotels/hotel chains do you stay at where they cover your gratuity? The closest thing I can think of was back in the day when Marriott's Plat amenity included a number of "choices" brought to your room, usually, the amenity card would say something like "no gratuity required" or "gratuity already included". But I can't think of any free meal rates or elite free breakfasts (in the US at least) that not only cover the meal but also any gratuity you wanted to give.
