Now, I have never used one in the past so may be it is just user error on my part but the Marriott agent said that this is the part of the booking process where I should be able to opt to apply the certificate. Was she right? If not, can you please point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
Travel Package certificates have to be attached by a customer service representative, so you'll need to call.
