Is it simply the remaining membership year + next? If they recently started their membership year then it can be up to 2 years?
The rule is that nobody knows. My give-away cards were always as you say, but some also get only the remaining year plus sometimes 3 months.
And for me, do I get to give away a card every membership year?
Once for every time you qualify. If you renewed your status you currently get your new quota two months after your new qualification period starts.
