Wish I did too. Unfortunately it was the phone and the agent confirmed the amount the computer was coming up with. She was apologetic and knew it was an error. Someone straightened it out on the back end and they waived the change fee (which I'm not sure I should have been charged in the first place, but no matter since it was waived).
