I guess everyone has different preferences when it comes to food, but last time I ordered the Chargrilled Soya Beef as well as Lobster for my SIN-FRA-JFK flight. The beef (steak) was very delicious and perfectly cooked to medium rare. I also love the seasoning which was savory with a hint of sweetness. I initially had high expectations for the lobster, but it was just okay.
