What does a Cab costs from HKIA to Sheraton Macua?
A cab cannot cross the bridge as cabs do not have the appropriate license to cross the bridge.
To cross the bridge from HKIA, your only option would be to
1. Go to the Bridge HK port after clearing HK immigration (Some airport "A" buses/ B4/ cab)
2. Take a HZM Bridge shuttle bus from the HK side to the Macau port (HK$65 iirc) after clearing customs again and entering the restricted area
3. Clearing Macao immigration and change to a shuttle to the Taipa Ferry terminal (Free)
4. Finally a hotel shuttle bus from there (Free)

Not recommended if you've got lots to bring along i.e. kids and luggage as it requires 4 transits.
The hardest part is also to get to the "city" of Macau after arriving in Macau port as it's not well connected atm.

Just 1 change with the luggage if you take the ferry from airport. You can also take the Turbojet services if the timing of the services work better for you as there's also hotel shuttle bus from the main macau ferry terminal, it's just a lil further from Cotai.

If you take the ferry from Sheung Wan, it'd be
1. Collect luggage and clear immi in HK
2. Go to the Sheung Wan Ferry terminal via Airport Express and a free MTR connection (only if you uses Octopus card)
3. Ferry to Macao (Cotai Waterjet)
4. Entering Macao after clearing immi in Macao
5. Hotel Shuttle from Taipa ferry
