On my eastbound lunch flight this week, I went with
BRUSSELS SPROUTS SALAD apples, pomegranate, parmesan, mustard dressing, toasted nuts (good; lots of nuts)
RICOTTA GNUDI roasted butternut squash, truffle-cream, kale, pumpkin seeds (very good)
SEARED POTATO CRUSTED HALIBUT asparagus, carrots, haricots verts, apples, radish-lime dressing (bad - fish dried out; one of the worst dishes I've had in Mint; maybe I shouldn't have eaten it last).
