I am always hot, especially on Asian carriers, however we flew ANA F a few weeks back and I was pleasantly cool, if not a bit chilly. We brought USB fans with us but on our outbound KE F flight we were told we could not leave them plugged in during the flight. The FAs instead proactively turned the AC up without us asking. This is all to say, just ask the FAs!
