Your only option is to call FB again and hope that you will find an agent that may be more accommodating than the previous one, but there is no guarantee you will.
Im trying to book to LYS from a non-gateway US market. Given there's no non-stop to LYS to the US, this would be 2-stop. I dont care about the routing. FB says it is not possible to book this route. It's a normal route from a large US non-gateway market. They are literally telling me I need to book another segment to fly to the US gateway. Has FB systematically deleted hundreds of O&D pairs? What on Earth is going on?
