Hi UA-NYC. Thanks for your reply. I've seen many threads about elites boycotting until IT/CS issues are fixed, about elites losing late checkout benefits, about elites wanting to be called Platinum versus Gold, etc. I looked in multiple threads and forums.
What I didn't see is a discussion about the devaluation of earning power for everyday spend. And what loyalty programs and credit cards non-elites are now considering and why. If you could point me to those threads and/or posts, it would be appreciated. Thanks!
