You won't get breakfast. The cheapest option without a line is the small cafe just past the lobby across from the Chelsea tower elevators. They have decent breakfast paninis for ~$12. Eggslut can sometimes have a line depending on how late in the morning you go. District 16 on the same level as Eggslut has a gourmet doughnut place. Then you have the Starbucks. Grab coffee for free in the Autograph Lounge. They have a Starbucks machine that makes some really great cups of coffee, similar to a french press.
