I was meaning to queue in line earlier today..at the Shatto. But apparently just learned last night that my ex gf consulate friend, is on family leave. I then instead hired this evening a local Chinese travel agency courier, do the consulate visa leg work for me ($35). Well worth the DTLA traffic/consulate street parking/visa line queuing hassles.
