Sheraton hotel in Thailand said there is a big IT update coming the 30th or 31st I suspect it is the update that will include Sheraton to the data base.
It is a mystery to me why Marriott cannot notify customers in advance of updates - for one thing so we don't spend needless hours trying to book online or call - but this is just another example of their disdain for us. They know when systems will be disrupted but don't want to tell their customers OR their customer "service" reps

As of Oct 28 Asia time Sheraton at Sydney still is not bookable on Marriott platform. Still being redirected to SPG platform to book.
