Oh dear, the debate on this topic might have to be moved to Bad Omni. I will stay clear, because I honestly don't find the top venue cheesesteaks that different from one another.
My advice is to pick a convenient location from the list under consideration.
I've never tried the pork/broccoli rabe combo - it's much lauded but does not sound a bit appealing to me. You might also encounter scrapple on a breakfast menu. My
SO loves it but I'd google it first....
