A weekly might sound credible, the PVG area is huge and cooperating with tour operators could bring some 250 tourists to HEL every week, continuing on other carriers to continental Europe after a quick stopover. But a daily doesn't sound too credible to me. OTOH, if they codeshare with AY, that will open a whole world of possibilities. AY codeshares with CA, too, so I don't think it would be impossible.
