They can charge a premium because they have a chic modern reputation with quality restaurants and one of the tier 1 day/nightclubs. While Iím sure Marriott Rewards helps, MR+Identity doesnít have near the draw that Total Rewards+Wyndham for the Caesars/Harrahs properties or Mlife+Hyatt for the MGM properties.
