Thanks. I'm EWR based, so I've been looking from there. Completely flexible- I have the ability to go any time from March-May. My thought is to find flights, then work backwards on everything else. This may be my only year as 1K, so trying to at least take advantage of the GPUs!
Try searching ex-IAD/ORD also; even IAH, especially if you're going south. You might not want to deal with DEN, SFO, or LAX given the long domestic legs that would be involved.
With that amount of flexibility, you'll find something; it may just open up closer in as UA decides what's likely to sell and what isn't.
