Did you try the actual airlines? I used some random dates for Jan 2019 (Jan 9-30) on matrix, and the low fare was with Cathay Pacfic. Their web site showed a fare of $750.13. While I didn't take it any further, it looked like it would be bookable. That $750 fare was available for lots of dates. Next in line was Asiana ($875) and then Philippine ($934).
China Eastern fares looked to be a lot higher on matrix.
I wouldn't go with an unknown and uncheckable agency either.
