Just out this morning, Delta is seeking slots from DOT for MSP-PVG, to launch summer of 2020. This would be Delta's first flight to China from MSP.

Most likely they're making a run at 7 of the 14 frequencies AA is seeking to hold under a dormancy waiver after ending ORD-PEK/PVG.
