Let’s also remember that even with the legacy SPG program, there were many times that the SPG.com website indicated that it wasn’t possible to apply SNAs, too—even when it was possible. In those not infrequent circumstances, I always asked my Ambassador to apply the SNAs. It sometimes took her a day or two, but she always was able to apply them even when I could not and when the website indicated it wasn’t possible.
So whole the Marriott SNA IT clearly has glitches in this regard, it’s appropriate to remember that the Starwood IT also had similar glitches and problems.
