Personally not worth it for me. I keep staying at Hyatt hotels that don’t have lounges so get no value from that. And upgrades are mediocre at best (often times coworkers with no status end up in better rooms than me).

If I were you I’d calculate the cost of the mattress run and divide by the number of club awards you think you’ll actually use. If that “price” is acceptable to you, then go for it. Otherwise just buy your own breakfast/drinks when and where you’d like. Would also free you from staying in Hyatt hotels if there is a better option.
