I also called the Moncton Centre and one fo the agents tried to reset my password but it didn't work. She transferred me to a supervisor who basically said that he couldn't do anything. I didn't ask if the agent was a former FPC agent. I will try calling Moncton again.
It maybe help to know that for me the agent had to create a new account and transferred all of the information manually. If you'd like to know more about it please pm me, as I'm not so eager of sharing personal details of me or the agent here.
