Does a property get to opt out if it feels like it?
I am in the process of booking a meeting at a Courtyard that I have, in previous years, booked meetings at that earned 10 EQM. I have asked to make sure that the 10 EQN would be a problem and they ran around answering that question on a number of emails. Eventually they said they don't participate and I was wondering if it is a property to property benefit. I assumed that all Courtyards would be a part of a program that is advertised as being brand-wide (except for 3 specific brands).
Any thoughts on this?
