I flew back form BOS yesterday on VIIH and the wifi was excellent, reliable and fairly fast. The one thing that does annoy me about the service is the inability to swap devices, something that is available on AA. I usually spend only a portion of the flight working on my laptop and so it would be nice to be able to use my laptop some of the time, my phone/ipad the other times. On AA you can only use a single device at once but you can sign out of one and log into another.
