I was up in Montreal on the weekend and walked by it - still much to do and my guess would be the end of Sept/04. I was expecting something much older as I heard it was the former Bank of Canada building - however it is the 1964 Bank of Canada building and the exterior looked kind of bland.
Montreal is a great city and this will be a welcome *wood property. I'm also expecting some great room rates as even Montreal hotel rates are on the low side.
