Traveling with a baby

My wife and I will be traveling in October HKT-LAX and we have a debate as to how we'll travel with a 1 year old baby for this long trip. Should we a) fly raffles and make a lot of biz travelers happy ; b) fly coach and request the bulkhead seats with a bassinet in front of them, or c) request the two aisle seats in the back rows and hope that they don't seat anyone in between us?

Our baby has no problems with the pressure on take offs and landings, but she sure gets bored sitting in a confined airline space after a while. Anyone have any tips on making the long SQ flight easier for a baby of this age?

On a side note, does anyone know of a URL that shows the stats of airlines per month in regards to flight numbers and capacity as we would like to go on a flight with as few people as possible.
