Hi all. Just hoping for some advice. I have an old scheme cat 1-4 attached to a 7 night night stay at the JW Marriott Phu Quoc and booked before that property became a cat 5 earlier this year (pre merger). It turns out that getting to Phu Quoc is a bit of a nightmare (!) and so i wondered whether if i asked nicely they would let me cancel the booking and reattach the certificate to a new scheme cat 5? or, if they do let me cancel, will it be to a new scheme cat 4 only? Do i have to reattach at the same time as cancelling the phu quoc booking or can it stay in my account until i know which new scheme 4/5 property i want to stay at?
