What browser are you using?
  • I use MS Edge for my Marriott account and it remembers my account number but not my password. After clicking on the password box, I go back to the account number box and it auto-fills the password.
  • I use Chrome for my Starwood account and it remembers my account number and my password.
  • I use Safari on iPad for my Starwood account and it remembers account number and password.
