I got the 50k MR points for $2k spend on this card offer on my AMEX page......AND I just got the 100k MR points for $5k in spend on the AMEX PLT card this morning.
I was hoping to get the PLT next year.....FICO is over 800.....no charge cards but 5 CCs with AMEX since 2012.
Could I apply for both the PRG and the PLT cards on the same day?
If you can tackle the spend requirements organically (not buying gift cards or other manufactured spend) then I don't see why not. Many of us hold both cards and as long as you haven't applied for a bunch of cards recently, two applications shouldn't have a big effect on anything.
