Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
It was ok

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked superior lake view, got late view suite

How are the rooms?
Size of two regular rooms (their normal rooms must be tiny). Living room with large cabinets, nespresso machine, table with sofa and chairs, work are. Bedroom with a relatively small bathroom. Halfway renovated (new sink, old toilet and bathtub. No separate shower.
And yes, you can see the lake.

How is the exec. lounge?
No lounge, no club experience, no free breakfast etc. They mentioned that they are planning to have one, but not sure if it will ever happen.
They offer discount for breakfast (29 CHF ++ instead of around 50 ++)

Did you receive a welcome gift?
3 fruits (low quality) - not refreshed, 2 small bottles of water - refreshed daily and a small bottle cap with a logo

How was the minibar?
Half bottle of (decent) bubbles, 2 beer, some soft drinks (no diet), juices, wine and some alcohol miniatures.

What was good and what was bad?

-Good
-Staff, helpful and friendly
- Next to a bus stop (No 5, goes from airport thru the city), they provide a bus pass
- Good steam room, good sauna

-Bad
- Agraria Amenities (big bottles)
- No club, no club experience, no free breakfast

Value for $ or Priority Club Points?
Switzerland is expensive but even considering that their prices are on the very high end

Would you return?[/QUOTE]
If I need to be close to the United Nations then yes, otherwise I will stay somewhere next to the lake
