BR is getting pretty bad on this front. When they first started, Y was 34 and then 33 then 32... Then when the did the 10-across thing, some management said he has tried it and it was fine....
I wonder if the 34" thing for NH is a myth. I would think 34" is like United's Economy Plus. I tried both the Y on the NH 777-300ER and 767s, they were not 34". I did not get to fly the 787 last month because of the Trent problem. If the long haul 77W is not 34", the 787 would not be, right?
