It is not rare to see in Narita and Haneda. I would assume you can also pay your way to that service. Though I never looked in to it.
<br /><br />Japanese ones, yeah? Id be slightly surprised if they offer it to politicians all around the world. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Japanese Diet Members, cabinet members, or big name Japanese CEOs. but say Diana Abbot or Bernie Sanders!?
